QPt for DigitalMicrograph

QPt for DigitalMicrograph provides a digital solution to phase contrast electron microscopy. QPt is based on IATIA's QPI technology, which only requires three (3) ordinary bright-field images to obtain a quantitative phase image.

QPt will work for medium resolution electron microscopy, such as microscopic magnetic field observation, as as well as atomic resolution electron microscopy. For biological materials, various optical phase modalities, including Differential Interference Contrast (DIC), Zernike Phase Contrast (ZPC), Hoffman Modulation Contrast (HMC) and Dark-field images are avairable.
